We Awoke 4:20, not ordinary men.....but men with a mission at heart. That solemn attitude where a man leaves everything behind to complete the task at hand. We broke our fast on meager slices
of bread a pissy diluted coffee....I could see that the men were weighed down by the mission the lied ahead.....for we were about to climb machu-picchu (as we were too cheap to pay the 7 dollar bus) with only an hour to spare, where normally it would take two..... So i spewed out this motivational speach: Rob: Men......there have been days......where we have pranced around in womens clothing wearing make-up, but not this day! Rob: MEn......there have been days......where we watched star trek, in our underwear, with chunks of cheese resting apon our bellys, but not this day! Rob: THERE have been days, where we watched beijo-sapo, yes i know its a disgrace, but not this DAY!
This seemed to ignite a spark i n the eyes of my men, and at 4:50 we were off. The background music playing in our heads was "the anvil of crom", from conan the barbarian....except for vitor, whos personal soundtrack was stuck on repeat, playing "im a barbie girl" ....
We marched up thousands of stone steps to reach the lost temple of the incas....then darted across the incas ruined playground to get tickets for huayna picchu.... the historic theme park opened at 6:00 and tickets for huayna were depleated at 6:15.... And due to courage, overtaking hot chilean chicks, we made it! But our triumph was but another defeat, for at huayna awaited yet another thousand stone steps for us to claw our way up.... A moment of silence.... as we contemplate the view we fought for....
Are bodies were broken, but our souls replenished, for nerv had reached the final frontier..... mission complete.

My god, I've never seen so many spelling mistakes.
Waynapichu!
Frolliced around? Is that when an overwhelming amount of lice causes a man to roll on the ground in agony?
The names of the peak are: Huayna Picchu or Wayna Picchu
Always look it up before commenting....
And you can edit the text yourself if you find a spelling mistake, it would be more useful!
You should try that out too, because we climbed Wayna pichu.
Now your just being lazy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huayna_Picchu
AAAaa I get it, in spanish, and on all the sign posts at Machu Picchu it was called Wayna Picchu, I wonder why it has two names?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wayna_Picchu
thats easy to answer, its because the name is in quechua, so the spanish name is just a phonetic translation. And check it out this site: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wayna_Picchu just gets redirected to this one http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huayna_Picchu
And actually, in spanish wikipedia, it does not recognize wayna picchu at all! But of course there is a page on huayna picchu http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huayna_Picchu
All the sign posts at machu picchu had waynapicchu, written on them.
you know, since we're already communicating through this channel, dont forget to meet me down stairs at 6:40...actually, we might have to meet sooner, I cant call anyone at home to feed the cat, we might have to leave at 6:30!
sabe o q eh mais estranho? Eu recebo esses comentários por email. Tava com saudade de ver vocês brigando, hehe
(culpo a falta de café pelo sentimentalismo)
